October 4, 2022Realty Web Syndicate Inc. has recently added a new feature to the RWS Dashboard that will allow the agent to automatically convert their leads from the previous day into Prospects. Once per day the automation task will perform the Auto Convert function for all messages received the previous day. This feature will also automatically create a Saved Search if the Prospect selected search criteria like property type, bedrooms, baths and amenities.
This new feature will automatically send the Prospect an email listing notification when new listings match their saved search criteria. The email will contain encoded links to the listings, which allow the agent to track the Prospect’s clicks and listing views.
The RWS Dashboard allows agents to view the Prospect’s activity on the website including the listings they viewed and the searches they performed. The RWS Dashboard also automatically flags the prospect’s account if the email delivery fails. If the prospect’s email delivery fails, then the Saved Search notifications will be automatically disabled.
The implementation of the Auto Convert feature with Saved Search notifications will increase the website’s returning visitors and help agents close more sales.
